At Top 100 Wedding Rings, each wedding band is made to the highest quality standards in our industry. We guarantee that if your ring is not 100% free from manufacturer defects we'll refund your money, including shipping.
All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt and must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain your number and instructions for returning your ring please Contact Us. If, when you receive your ring it does not fit, we'll take care of the resizing for just $30, including shipping.
Our guarantee does not apply to customer errors on custom engraving. We proofread your order, but we can not guarantee that we will detect every error or misspelling so we strongly encourage you to proofread your engraving before submitting your order.
Availability
While we stock an extensive selection of wedding rings, in rare cases a ring must be special ordered. If this is the case with your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange for an alternate delivery date, to give you an opportunity to choose a different product, or to cancel your order.
